A premier brand wealth management organisation launched an initiative to drive top line sales growth. A small team of Hanover Executive coaches was employed to coach the top executives in driving and achieving results. The Hanover team designed and delivered innovative management development and executive coaching workshops to create a clearer understanding by individuals of their leadership objectives and styles, and of the key high level processes and barriers in the organizational culture.
