Leadership Development Plan
Chemistry Check
An initial meeting is arranged to "chemistry check" the match between executive coach and client and to agree headline goals. Once a sound working alliance has been established, a programme will be designed.
Executive Assessment
In the first phase of the leadership development plan we use a range of diagnostic instruments and conduct an in-depth career and personal history review. At this stage, if required, we can also conduct a 360 degree feedback exercise. Many of the executive coaching tools and techniques we use have been developed in partnership with our corporate clients.
Leadership Goal Setting
In the second phase of the executive coaching programme, the participant is helped to set and commit to personal and organisational stretch goals. A management development plan is mapped out.
Achieving Breakthrough Performance
The third phase sees the implementation of the leadership development plan and the participant works towards achieving breakthrough performance. Extensive personal development and practical executive coaching support is provided during this period: the coach will act as guide and mentor, business consultant, trainer, and advocate for the participant's success. The executive coach may draw upon the services of other specialists from time to time to ensure that the best mix of expertise is made available.
Consolidating Success
During the final phase benefits to the individual and to the organisation are assessed, and the integration of learning into practice reviewed and consolidated.
