A leading international financial service company with a strong reputation for innovation, wished to defend and improve its market position, by developing the strategic responsiveness and leadership skills of its top team. The Chief Executive commissioned a team development project from Hanover Executive, who provided extensive team building and leadership development, through a combination of personal development plans, facilitated discussion and developmental team workshops.
Results
The organisation has now successfully repositioned itself and is engaging in a number of ongoing strategic initiatives to ensure the sustainability of its new competitive stance. The responsibilities of the top team have now been re-aligned in accordance with the requirements of the new strategy, Board level communication has improved and an atmosphere of focused creativity has developed.
