Our People

Our people are drawn from the highest ranks of a wide range of professions. Nick Swatton

 With extensive business experience in Human Resources, Nick has a focus on helping to grow and develop our practice in the financial services, real estate and legal sectors. Nick has worked in a number of blue chip organisations including NatWest, Barclays Capital, The Carlyle Group, Savills Plc and Morgan Stanley. He has extensive experience in Consultancy Management, Organisational Change and Development and People Due Diligence. Nick graduated in Law at King's College, University of London and also trained as a Management Accountant. 

 

Harry Freedman

 Dr Harry Freedman came to coaching after a varied and fascinating career full of variety and change. He has run several of his own businesses starting with a wholefood restaurant in Devon.  He has subsequently run businesses in a number of different sectors including property, construction, health care and consultancy prior to working as a CEO in the voluntary sector. 

His broad experience resulted in him founding the groundbreaking career consultancy Career Energy, which he led for eight years until his exit in 2009. His broad commercial experience has helped him realise that nobody needs work in a job to which they are not suited.

Harry has not just run businesses, he needs variety as well as challenges, so in addition to running companies he studied for a PhD, written several books and sat as a trustee on several charities. He also broadcasts regularly on TV and Radio, and writes for magazines and newspapers.

Toby Ingham

 Prior to moving into people consultancy Toby worked in business development for more than a decade.  He has taken this expertise and now works extensively in both private and public companies across a wide range of sectors including banking, finance, law, pharmaceutical, retail, media and technology.  He works with leaders in businesses to help them and their teams realise their potential and meet their personal and corporate objectives. Toby trained in analytical psychology, and is a clinical supervisor.

Katie Foster

Katie, an Occupational and Organisational psychologist, specialises in assessment, coaching and leadership development for individuals and teams. She has managed and delivered coaching and assessment projects within a variety of sectors and for global businesses. She has designed and delivered bespoke training packages for a global pharmaceutical launch and as part of a major culture change project within the Ministry of Defence. Katie is interested in helping people to realise their potential, as a cross channel and ex-international swimmer, she has a keen interest in motivation and performance. Her specialist area of research is how personality factors can interact with work tasks and work environments to influence high performance for individuals and teams.

Nada Ivanovic

Dr Nada Ivanovic is highly experienced in many areas: mentoring, coaching, facilitation and lecturing. She is a published author, and has broad experience working with diverse groups including the Serbian the Ministry of Education. Nada also has experience of working with public and private sector companies internationally.   She has a very strong academic background and is currently studying a further PhD in analytical psychology at the Jung Institute.
