Dr Lesley M. Corbin BA Honours, MA, Ph.D.Lesley M. Corbin is an international business consultant and leadership expert, with a Ph.D. from Cambridge in the Psychology of Leadership and an MA in Organisational Development & Change from Columbia University, where she was a Fulbright Principal Scholar. She is originally from South Africa, where she received a Clinical Psychology Honours Degree with Distinction. Lesley has extensive experience working with board-level executives of many nationalities in the UK, the USA, and South Africa, on organisational development & change projects and a range of leadership development initiatives, including executive coaching. She specialises in executive assessment, recruitment, selection, and development, cognitive and emotional complexity, and gender in leadership. Designed and leads a pioneering coaching and coach/mentor programme for a leading Global Investment Bank, to provide systemic (individual, group, & organisational) coaching, mentoring, assessment, development and evaluation, and a menu of further development interventions. The programme aligns via competencies to the bank's organisational development strategy and business objectives, to ensure optimal engagement and development at all stages of the career life cycle through to managing director.
Provided leadership development coaching to FTSE 350 CEO's and Executive Directors.
1998 to 2002 South Africa
Coached senior executives of a leading multinational Oil Company and advised on learning and strategic leadership development issues.
