With over 30 years of experience, John works extensively as an executive coach, mentor, advisor and group facilitator to senior executives in major corporates in the UK, Europe and the US. Dr Lesley M Corbin - Vice President Leadership Development

Lesley is an international business consultant with extensive experience working with board-level executives of many nationalities, in the UK, the US and South Africa. She is an expert in the psychology of leadership, and coaches and advises global organisations through organisational development/change projects. Gwendolyn Parkin - Principal Associate

Gwendolyn is a highly experienced psychological coach/consultant who delivers one-to-one and group leadership consultancy services to executives and directors in global corporates. She holds an MBA from Harvard and an MA in Psychotherapy and Counseling from City University. Her business consulting expertise is based on extensive experience at BCG where she worked on senior client engagements in the US, Germany, the UK and Asia. Gwendolyn was also a European Regional Manager, starting up and running airline operations for the pioneering People Express Airlines, which redefined the US airline industry post-deregulation. Gwendolyn now specialises in in-depth people development for senior leaders with significant business responsibilities. Her people development skills are based on extensive professional and clinical training. Her client base numbers several Chief Executives and Board members of top 50 companies.

Nick Holley - Principal Associate

With a unique background that combines an MA from Cambridge, a career as an army officer and ten years as a successful futures and foreign exchange broker, Nick Holley brings a wealth of experience in senior organisational, leadership and people development roles to his work as a Hanover Executive coach. Nick is highly skilled in creating and managing large scale organisational change, leadership and people development programmes, as well as performance management processes and systems. Sarah Jaggers - Principal Associate

Sarah Jaggers is a business coaching consultant with 18 years senior management experience predominantly gained in Investment Banking systems, and a highly successful track record in one-to-one executive coaching. Demand for her coaching skills is high amongst Hanover Executive?s client base, particularly her coaching skills for individual performance, team development and organisational change. Antony Dunlop - Vice President Business Development

With extensive City experience as a Managing Director, business manager and business coach, Antony is committed to helping people realise their full potential and creating lasting change. An established member of the Hanex team, Antony is a seasoned business professional who has generated profits from start-ups, mergers, buyouts and organic growth, and is experienced at coaching middle and senior managers for performance and personal development issues. Areas of expertise include strategic planning, sales and marketing and building businesses.

Tatiana Prokayeva-Ross - Principal Associate UK/Moscow

Tatiana is an Executive coach and management development consultant specialising in psychological aspects of management, in particular leadership, interpersonal communication, change management and cross-cultural issues. Fluent in Russian, English and German, she provides bespoke one-to-one coaching for senior executives, as well as designing and delivering learning events for groups. She is a qualified Psychotherapist, who works with many of Hanover's top clients, designing and delivering coaching sessions and workshops. With dual British and Russian nationality, Tatiana's early career was as a researcher and journalist with the BBC World Service. She is expert in emotional intelligence and cross-cultural issues, working with clients to help them to create broad and realistic areas of mutual compatibility.

Jeremy Robinson - Managing Director, Hanover Executive USA

With a background as a reporter, interviewer and writer, and qualifications in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, Jeremy is a leading New York based coaching practitioner and mentor to other professionals. He is highly experienced at coaching C-level executives, Senior VPs and Directors in a wide range of industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, media, technology and transportation. Jeremy is frequently chosen to coach highly-valued, high IQ executives from global corporations, on self-management, leadership and emotional intelligence skills. He enjoys helping senior executives make specific behaviour changes to improve leadership and managerial performance. Linda Rich - Principal Associate, USA

A seasoned coach and consultant with 15 years of corporate experience, Linda specialises in providing leadership development, feedback, performance management, change management and executive coaching to US, European and UK executives. Having lived in the UK, but now back in New York, Linda has worked extensively in the financial services, energy and consultancy sectors. Dr Kamran Ghaffari Tabrizi – Principal Associate, Switzerland

Dr Kamran Ghaffari Tabrizi is an eminent Consultant Psychiatrist who has worked in the field of psychotherapy and psychological therapy in Europe for over 30 years. He is trained in both psychoanalytic and cognitive therapy and uses this background, together with extensive experience as a senior leader in the public and private health sector, in his work as an executive coach developing senior executives in Global Investment Banks. Based in Zurich, he has produced a large body of published material including books, research and contributions to leading medical journals.

Lynda Aurora - Principal Associate Hong Kong & Asia Pacific

Lynda is an international executive coach and management consultant based in Hong Kong who coaches executives of all nationalities from the highest echelons of the legal, medical, financial, management and banking fields. She has impeccable corporate credentials as a finance director and board director and over 20 years of international coaching experience with assignments in Australia, Britain, Japan and Hong Kong. Her areas of expertise include executive coaching, executive performance for business results, strategic communication and strategic planning.

Ajai Singh - Principal Associate, India

With over 25 years of work experience in India as a management consultant and executive coach working with leading global organisations, Ajai has a passion for developing people to reach their full potential. He is an enthusiastic, energetic coach who is an expert in leadership development, sales and relationship management, team building, financial management, process transformation, HR management and strategic alignment, working across a wide range of sectors including pharmaceutical, telecommunications, technology, finance and banking. Per-Olof Eriksson - Principal Associate, Sweden

Working throughout Europe from his base in Stockholm, Per-Olof is a highly experienced Psychologist and Executive Coach, delivering leadership programmes and career coaching to a range of international clients. He has extensive experience in the IT and aviation sectors and a notable track record as an Executive career coach in Sweden. Per Olof has substantial expertise in interpersonal and corporate communication, and is a successful columnist and conference speaker.

Leora Spitz – Principal Associate Israel

Leora has extensive experience as a coach, trainer and group facilitator to top level executives of major corporate clients in Israel and the USA. As lead coach for Hanover Executive in Israel, she works with Chief Executives and Senior Managers in strategy, conflict management, consensus building, leadership development, interpersonal communication, group dynamics, and change management. Leora has experience across a wide range of industries and sectors, including; Banking, Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Public Sector and Education, as well as having broad cross-cultural experience.

Shirley Attenborough – Principal Associate Dubai

Shirley is an Organisational Psychologist based in Dubai, with over 15 years experience as an Executive coach and consultant. She has worked with a wide range of individuals drawn from all levels of management, from a diverse range of Organisations and a cross section of cultures. Experienced in dealing with cross cultural and diversity issues within large corporates, Shirley has extensive experience in the finance, telecommunications and oil & gas sectors, as well as a background in banking, working on the dealing floor with high performance brokers. Her areas of specialisation are solution focused coaching, design and delivery of development packages, team building, psychometric assessment and communication skills.

Rudolf Ferscha - International Advisory Board, Chairman

Rudi is an experienced CEO and former board member responsible for finance and human resources at Goldman Sachs Germany. With an additional professional background as a legal expert in corporate finance and capital markets, he specialises not only in people development, but also in mergers and acquisitions, asset management, securities and derivatives, technology and operations.

Saroj Chakravarty - International Advisory Board

In his capacity as non-executive advisor to the Hanex Board, Saroj brings a wealth of diplomatic and cultural expertise. A former finance director, Saroj is a well regarded figure on the international business and ambassadorial scene. He has fostered close links with many countries including Germany, India, China, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States. Saroj is an active member of the English Speaking Union and the Anglo German Forum, and has close links to the British Royal Family. He is Chief Supporter of the Princes Trust, working with disadvantaged young people in London's East End, and is the founder of the Chakravarty Cup, a world renowned international Polo event which raises funds for the Princes Trust.
