Organisational Change

Like people, every organisation is different. No two organisations have the same values, practices or ways of thinking.

Just like a human personality an organisation's culture can be a strength, but it can also constrain. It can impede agility and ambition when the organisation is challenged by the need for change. During restructuring, merger or other critical changes, unexpected emotions and behaviours can undermine even the best laid plans.
