John O'Brien MA MBA

With over 30 years of experience, John O'Brien works as a coach, mentor and facilitator to senior leaders, boards and executive teams in major corporates in the UK, US, Europe and Asia, including globally renowned investment banks and market leaders in the pharmaceutical and energy sectors. He is an experienced MD with specialist skills in Consultancy Management, Organisational Development, People Due Diligence and individual and group psychology. John is also an educator. He is an invited lecturer at the CG Jung Institute in Zurich and is an advisor to Regents College London on their Leadership Development programmes.

1991 UK

Led Europe's first culture transformation programme delivered through systemic coaching at NatWest Retail Bank (60,000 people). Coached the CEO and top 10 executives and led a team of 12 coaches working with the top 200. The programme delivered outstanding success measured by business KPI's.

1993 to 1995 USA

Coached CEO, CFO and senior leaders of USA based global management consulting firm. Coached senior consultants on effective engagement with their blue chip CEO and CFO clients. Clients included USA Presidential adviser.
